Brooksville, Maine Welcomes You!

Brooksville Maine is a small coastal town with a laid-back community

lifestyle and diverse industries from fishing to plumbing to computer

graphics and marketing.

We hope you will enjoy our  website!

Hello Brooksville,

I hope this message finds you all well and continuing to stay safe.

We wanted to send an update on the October 29th Covid incident at the Town Office and where we are going from here.

1. We are very happy to report as of Thursday, November 12th, the entire staff at the Town Office had gone a full 2 weeks, since the date of possible exposure, without any signs or symptoms of COVID 19.  As a precaution and their peace of mind, several members of the Townhouse gang, were tested and found negative for the virus.  We apologize for any additional concern or stress this has caused you.

Due to the increase in positive Covid cases County, State, and Nationally, we have decided, as many of you may be aware, to revert back to Curbside Service only.  Our hours remain the same:
  • Mondays and Wednesdays all offices are open between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Thursday evenings the Tax and Town Clerk offices are open between 6:00 and 8:00 PM.
  • Wednesday mornings  the Selectmen continue to meet between  9:00 and 11:30 AM and can be reached at 326-4518.
We look forward to hearing from you and seeing you at the side window.

2. To help us navigate through the next few months, and be available for questions we may have, the Selectmen have asked a qualified and respected member of our community for assistance.  Below you will find a letter including some guidelines and helpful links regarding COVID 19.  As always we are here if you have any questions. If we do not have the answers we will do our best to find them for you.

As always feel free to share this message.

Be well,  be kind, and be safe Brooksville,
Gayle
